At GlowMurti, all our murtis are handcrafted and made-to-order, specially created after receiving your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

🛕 Made-to-Order Products

Since each murti is custom-made after order confirmation, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order has been processed.

❌ No Return Policy

• Returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong selection, or personal preferences
• Each product is made uniquely for you, so resale is not possible

🔄 Replacement Policy (Damaged / Defective Items Only)

We only offer replacement in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Product has a manufacturing defect

📌 Conditions:

• You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos as proof

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds are not applicable for made-to-order products
• In rare cases (if replacement is not possible), we may offer:
  • Partial refund OR
  • Store credit

🚫 Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• After that, production starts and cancellation is not possible

📦 Non-Eligible Cases

We are not responsible for:

• Minor color/design variations (due to handmade nature)
• Damage caused after delivery
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
